Made-to-Order Policy

All products sold through Tactical Coalition are made on demand. This means production begins only after an order is placed and payment is completed.

Because every item is produced specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds for orders placed in error.

Customers are strongly encouraged to double-check all order details before completing checkout.

Refund Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

  • Orders placed by mistake

If an item arrives damaged or there is a verified production error, please contact us and we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Accuracy Policy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before submitting it.

Please confirm the following before placing an order:

  • Correct product

  • Correct size

  • Correct color

  • Correct shipping address

  • Correct billing details

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Production & Processing Time

Because all merchandise is made to order, production times may vary depending on product type and demand.

Typical processing times range from 3–10 business days before an order ships. During peak periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Policy

Shipping times depend on the customer’s location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tactical Coalition is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
